1. 30-Day Risk-Free Trial We want you to truly feel the difference our massage technology makes. You have 30 days to wear your ESTAND Signature Shoes and Massage Insoles. If they don't transform your workday comfort, send them back for a full refund.

2. We Value Your Feedback If you aren't satisfied, all we ask is a brief note on why the fit or feel didn't work for you.

3. The Insole Hygiene Policy Unlike other brands, we allow you to try the Massage Insoles inside your shoes. If you return the shoes, you can return the insoles too! We simply ask that they are returned in their original box.

4. Free Size Exchanges Got the wrong size? Don’t sweat it. We offer one free exchange per order. We will send you the new size at zero cost to you, as soon as your return is tracked.

5. How to Return

  1. Email support@estand.com.au with your order number.

  2. We will provide the return address.

  3. Ship the items back to us (customer covers return postage).

  4. Once received, your refund is processed within 3-5 business days.
