1. SHIPPING RATES

• Standard Shipping (Australia): $9.99 Flat Rate.

• Express Shipping (Australia): $19.99 (Australia Post Express).

• International Shipping: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and carrier rates.

• FREE SHIPPING: Automatically applied to all orders over $160.00, and always free on our Premium Leather Shoes. (Pro tip: Grab the leather shoes to completely skip the shipping fee at checkout!)

2. PROCESSING & HANDLING

All orders are packed and dispatched from our Canberra distribution hub within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or new product launches, please allow an additional 2 days for us to get things out the door.

3. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We use Australia Post and premium couriers to get your gear to you as fast as possible.

• ACT / NSW / VIC: 2–5 business days.

• QLD / SA / WA / TAS / NT: 5–9 business days.

• International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on your country's customs processing).

Note for International Customers: Any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer once the package hits your country.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking status.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't seen it yet, please check around your property, with your neighbors, or your local post office before reaching out to support@estand.com.au.
